SEED is a new type of multi-functional nylon additive, which can not only act as a light stabilizer when added to nylon products but also improve the processing stability of nylon, especially in nylon spinning, which can significantly reduce the broken filament rate; It can also improve the heat and oxygen aging resistance of nylon products and the dyeability of products.

Applications

LIGHT STABILIZER SEED acts as a tabilizer of melt or as a melt process modifier, due to its unique molecular structure. This effect is manifested by high stabilizer of polyamide melt pressure which leads to higher quality of injection and blow-molded or extruded PA articles, as well as lower rate of filament breaks during fiber spinning. It is characterized by: -Multi-functional additive for polyamides -Improved melt processing of polyamides -Enhanced long-term heat and photo-stability -Enhanced dye ability, Easy handling -Superb compatibility with polymers.
