Product Details

NA-50 is a nucleation-transpare agent that can be used in polyolefins, such as polypropylene (PP) esters (PEF; Polyethylene Terephthalate), polyethylene terephthalate (PBT) PLA (PLA; Polylactic Acid) and polyamide (PA; Polyamides). 

NA-50 is a crystalline core transparent agent, which emphasizes transparency and enhances rigidity.

It has the following advantages: 

1. Raise thermal deformation temperature (HDT), resist resistance number and impact resistance strength of polymer.

2. Improve the crystallization temperature of the product, shorten the production cycle, and increase the production efficiency.

3.  Improve the obvious transparency of PP when measured at low concentrations.

4.  Due to the good product compatibility, there is no flowering and removal.

5. The molding process will not release the unpleasant smell, but also less production of the molding machinery and screw pollution.

6.  Meet the food packaging application requirements (Food packing application (FDA, JHOSPA)).
