Product Description 

Lotsorb UV BP-8(UV-24)  is a UV absorber and is suitable for many plastics such as polyvinyl chloride, ABS resin, acrylic resin, polyurethane, melamine resin, cellulose resin.
It is a benzophenone containing two ortho-hydroxy groups. It has the strongest ability to absorb ultraviolet light and has a strong absorption effect on ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 330-370 nm. The disadvantage is that it also absorbs some visible light, making the product slightly yellow. 
UV BP-8(UV-24) has good compatibility with the resin, and the general dosage is 0.25-3%. It also has good light stability in paint. The oral LD50 of the rats was 10000 mg/kg, which was not irritating to the skin and eyes.
